I never miss good opportunities.

I do some side work estimating For Electrical & Fire alarms. I have almost
40 years of experience in estimating and project management of those
trades. I own my own On Screen takeoff license, PlanSwift License, Quick
Bid License, and RS Means License. I keep all my customer databases
separate and confidential.

*Detailed costs for Commercial projects and Residential. All types of
projects*

I could help you with some overflow you might have on an as-needed basis. I
charge $40.00 per hour but can be negotiated to a 'per project' set price.
From takeoff, to estimate to proposal. Addenda review after the bid and VE
after the bid, if not too excessive, I don't usually charge anything.
