I Love stories so here=E2=80=99s the second one.


You just finished Susan's new roof & kitchen, she loves it. She told her fr=
iends, her neighbors and you were even able to get a
referral out of it.


This is how you run your business. Great customer service, great team, grea=
t work. And everyone appreciates that.


The only problem is you have a blindside.


You and your team are great in the face to face interactions. Super knowled=
geable. Always guiding people to the right solution
that's cost effective and what they want. That=E2=80=99s why you get so man=
y referrals. But your Google Reviews are lacking with only 2.


The problem is only your inner circle knows how great you are. If you were =
running a secret society, then you would be doing great
but you=E2=80=99re not, you=E2=80=99re running a business.


That means you need customers.


So Ricky, who's new in town and doesn=E2=80=99t know anyone yet, (and it do=
esn=E2=80=99t help that he=E2=80=99s a millennial with minimal social skill=
s)
will never speak to Susan and learn about your phenomenal service.


He goes online. Just as he=E2=80=99s always been doing since high school to=
 write all his research papers. Looks for a roofer or remodeler
near me and you show up on the map pack, on page 20=E2=80=A6


He never sees you.


Instead, he settles for some mediocre company because they understand the p=
ower of reviews, and do an even better job of
collecting them than actually providing a great service.


Every year a new generation enters the market. People move to new cities, a=
cross the country, and they rely on the internet to
source their information.


Having great customer service is the hard part. People aren=E2=80=99t patie=
nt, understanding, and aren=E2=80=99t good at their trade.


You are.


We=E2=80=99re pretty good at this online stuff, and as long as you continue=
 to grow your list of happy customers, we know how to present
it.


Remember, the easiest sale to make is a referral. Let Google showcase all o=
f your referrals.
