Message

 Great news. Empire Construction has been awarded this project.

Project is expected to break ground mid to end of July this year.

We are looking to start working with key subs to find ways to reduce the LL cost of work.

This group will work with us to come up with methods and products to match or improve their design to reduce the cost of the Owner to produce this building with a future Restaurant.

Example. Plan show floor sinks and drains. -Suggestion would be to place a below floor POC for Grease and Sanitary only. Thus, reducing the cost for the LL Shell and giving the ability for a future restaurant design.

We need this type of thinking in the building at all phases included but not limited to MEP work.

We will make decisions on which subs to work with by end of this week.

Please review the scope and plans, send written suggestions with possible value reductions.

Thank you;

Mike Wilson
