Harvey General Contractors is bidding on an Encinitas Market place remodel project. Please note this is only budgetary pricing at this time. We will be resending with full plans once we&#39;ve received them.

Scope of work includes renovation of approximately 4000 Sq. Ft. of an existing pad building currently the Vitamin Shoppe, two new tenants, carbon health (2800 Sq. Ft.) per attached exhibit C = Landlords work letter dated January 11, 2022 and Tenant tbd (1200 Sq. Ft.) per the warm shell criteria. The design and limit of work is based on the design package submitted to the city of Encinitas planning department, date October 25, 2021. There will also be a job walk on 04/25 at 2:00 PM
