What = you can expect
American Expre= ss will contact you to reinstate your American Express account once the ter= ms stated above have been fulfilled and American Express has confirmation t= hat the funds have cleared through your bank. American Express will also re= instate any unredeemed Membership Rewards^=
=C2=AE points* that you may have forfeited when your account was canc= elled.

Other things to cons= ider:

If you have multiple accounts with American Express, only the agreed upon account is eligible to be reinstated.
The reinstated account will have = a spending limit.
If the Card p= roduct is no longer available or may only be available for a limited period= of time at the time of reinstatement, we may offer you an alternative Card= product.
Collection efforts ma= y continue on all accounts and/or loans.
Where applicable, finance charges, late payment fees and other ch= arges may continue to be applied to your account(s) until the balance(s) ar= e paid in full.
