	Valuation: $500,000
	Scope of work: Scope includes the construction of a 1,490 sf wood framed storage building with automated coiling doors and an athletic scoring platform, accessed via metal framed stairs. The building is wood framed, with cement plaster and a Densdeck roof with single ply waterproofing. The scope includes fire alarm, electrical and other utilities and other associated improvements per bidding documents.
	Trades:&nbsp;Demo, Erosion Control, Grading, Concrete, Asphalt, Underground Utilities, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Door &amp; Hardware, Gate &amp; Metal fabrication, Signage, Sheetmetal &amp; Louvers, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Waterproofing, Joint Sealant, OH doors, Lath &amp; Plaster, Painting, Drywall, Insulation, Mural Artist. 
	Project type: Prevailing wages
	Start date: Q3 2022
	Special conditions: DVBE preferred, Subcontractors holding C-4, C- 7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46 licenses must be pre-qualified at least five business days prior to bid opening.

MCM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Subcontractor agrees that all bids and proposals that are accepted by Modern Construction Management Inc. (MCM) will be subject to the terms and conditions of MCM&rsquo;s bid invitation as well as the requirements of all project documents, including but not limited to the project plans, specifications, general conditions, special conditions, bid instructions, addendums, and all other incorporated documents. It is understood that subcontractor&rsquo;s bid/proposal shall include the more stringent requirement of the project bid documents. Subcontractor shall verify the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the MCM&rsquo;s project bid documents. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor that MCM may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor. Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for the cost of such bonds in excess of one percent (1%) of the value of the part
