T= he Vineyards at Porter Ranch (VaPR) is a 13-building lifestyle=2C retail= =2C and entertainment center located in Porter Ranch=2C CA. While not requ= ired at the time=2C Shapell Properties decided to pursue LEED v4 certifica= tion for the northern portion of the site. In addition to pursuing LEED v4= certification=2C the project is pursuing SITES certification.
