We all know that to provide housing=2C a fundamental necessity=2C demands= financial sustenance and costs money=2C duh=E2=80=A6 We all know too that we can=E2=80=99t fix the price=2C the property tax=2C= the maintenance=2C the energy cost and all the other variables that come= with maintaining a building.
