Prof. Dr. University of Wuppertal

Nils Helge Schebb studied Food C= hemistry and Toxicology, earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry, and was a po= stdoc at UC Davis. Since 2014, he has been the Chair of Food Chemistry at t= he University of Wuppertal, developing analytical methods for oxylipins. He= has published over 150 scientific papers.

Paul RS Baker
Sr. Staff Scientific Liaison, Lipidomics= and Metabolomics, SCIEX

Paul Baker received his PhD in B= iochemistry from Wake Forest University. He discovered nitrated lipids duri= ng post-doctoral work at the University of Alabama. He joined SCIEX in 2011= , pioneered lipid analysis techniques, and later led Avanti Polar Lipids' A= nalytical and Lipidomics divisions. He rejoined SCIEX in 2020.

Dr. Nadja Kampschulte,
University of Wuppertal

Dr. Nadja Kampschulte studied Fo= od Chemistry at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. During her PhD, she i= nvestigated the influence of dietary secondary plant metabolites on CYP-cat= alyzed oxylipin formation. Since 2022, she is a postdoc in the lab of Prof.= Nils Helge Schebb where she focusses on the development of analytical meth= ods for the analysis of oxidized lipids.
