<= br>While I mentioned it before, it bears mentioning now, if for no other re= ason it is in this past Friday’s Wall Street Journal: Between now and= the end of 2025 $323 Billion in securitized commercial real estate loans w= ill be coming due…nearly 40% carrying an interest rate of 5% or high= er and nearly 50% carrying an interest rate below 5%. No matter what Powell= at the Fed does this autumn, that debt almost certainly will need to be re= financed at much higher rates.

This will lead to some great lease op= portunities for folks over the next eighteen months…be it with regar= d to expansions, early lease renewal plays and simply possible relocation n= egotiations. Please reach out should you have any questions regarding these= moves.
