Natalie LeVeck currently s= erves as Senior Counsel for Google where she negotiates celebrity deals for= its high-profile marketing campaigns and oversees YouTube=E2=80=99s larges= t sponsorship and co-marketing partnerships.

On behalf of Google Pixel,= Natalie handled deal negotiations with Lizzo, Amy Schumer, and Giannis Ant= etoukounmpo to appear in Super Bowl commercials and brokered long-term endo= rsement deals with NBA players Steph Curry, Jalen Green, and Joel Embiid. O= n behalf of FitBit, Google TV and YouTube, Natalie has engaged Mr. Beast, S= elma Blair, Zoe Deschanel, Will Smith and many others for a variety of mark= eting campaigns.

Natalie also oversees mark= eting law matters for YouTube TV and YouTube Premium, ensuring compliance w= ith all laws surrounding advertising claims, new product launches and renew= ing subscriptions. She also serves as the in-house legal expert on influenc= er disclosure guidelines and right of publicity concerns related to AI prod= uct launches.

In 2023, Natalie was instr= umental in overseeing the marketing launch of NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube = and YouTube TV and handled a number of co-marketing deals related to YouTub= e=E2=80=99s newly-formed long-term partnership with the NFL.

Prior to Google, Natalie w= as Senior Counsel for Sony Pictures, where she had responsibility for globa= l marketing and distribution business and legal matters including advertisi= ng, publicity, merchandising, promotions and product placement for theatric= al motion pictures released by Columbia Pictures. She began her career as a= n entertainment production lawyer, negotiating talent and production contra= cts for Legendary Pictures and boutique law firm Peter, Rubin & Simon.<= /span>

Natalie attended Loyola Ma= rymount for undergraduate and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles for law scho= ol. She is currently admitted to practice law in California.
