This explicitly=0Aincludes any future= , additional, or subsequent services provided by Crisp, Inc. to Client beyo= nd those contemplated in the Agreement. Payment: Payment is due from Client= to Crisp, Inc. prior to service. Client will be assessed a $50 non-suffici= ent funds fee for any returned checks or any other failed payment for any r= eason, including but not limited to resulting from failed ACH charges, insu= fficient funds, incorrect or inaccurate information, etc . In Crisp, Inc.= =E2=80=99s sole discretion, Crisp, Inc. may choose to invoice Client for se= rvices after commencing performance of services, in lieu of requiring payme= nt up front, in which case payment is due within 15 days of any invoice pro= vided. Late Payments: Any payments not paid within 10 calendar days of the = due date therefor, will incur a monthly penalty fee of five per cent (5%) o= f the outstanding balance, compounded monthly.
